27th June 1970 - Cambodian Campaign, during the 1970s the US had learned of the Vietcongs entry into South Vietnam was through Laos and Cambodia. in 1970 Military Assistance Command, Vietnam – Studies and Observations Group (MACV-SOG) assisted the Army of the Republic of Vietnam (ARVN) in removing the Vietcong threat in Cambodia, locating Caches and finding High Value Targets was the main objective for MACV-SOG, however in some rare occasions they'd find American POWS being escorted out of Cambodia into Northern Vietnam

in this picture a squad of MACV-SOG troops find US POWs along the Ho Chi Mingh Trail, how would they rescue them?
