Description

14th September 1944 - The Allied advance to the Siegfried line, Patton's 3rd Army advance in the Lorraine Region, and are tasked of taking the cities of Nancy and Metz along the Meuse River.

Around the villages of St.Nicholas-du-Pont and Dombasle and the town of Luneville, Combat Command B, the 137th Infantry Regiment and the 32nd Infantry Regiment of the 4th Armored Division make their pushes to link up with Combat Command A near Arracourt in the North.
