no, it is a soul successor of the Re-Volt, so it means it captures the idea, takes the best from it and do on it's own.
Good example of soul successors are GRIP and Redout, take a look on them. They taking old but great games and doing on their own

it's already on udk, that's not a mod for UT3 (read the description on top)

also i'm planning to make some "Build Pack" for this project, to make the map-building process be easier for everyone.

In these few hours we was do some street magic on the UDK, transfering and sharing. but in final stage it didnt complete the compilation process, so we've got a solution for it, but the release will be a day or two later, and not today. i'm sorry for that, but we can't do anything now
i'm waiting with you guys some positive news from our programmer and mapper about the resolving this thing. when it will be done and will launch, i will immidiatly upload to ModDB and share a torrent. so we need just a little more time - 1-2 days.

small attention.

about coming release of pre-alpha version. i must say for all, who interested in project, that we just cant get the camera and physics of the car works properly. It's very "wet" and need to be tweaked much longer, then we have. so please - remember that's not a real-demo, it's a pre-alpha and it's for preview of the progress. i hope later we will resolve all the problems, but now we got em.
