NBA - First (Beta) Release - PSP

'No Bugs Allowed' is a stand-alone game using the Quake engine.
It's being made almost completely by me (Shpuld) for the Pandora Rebirth Competition. Pandora is a UMPC/handheld console in the size of an old Nintendo DS. Quake-engine allows the game to be ported to multiple platforms easily. Currently there are only PC, Pandora and PSP versions planned. I'll look into Mac and Linux after I'm done with the game itself.
NBA is a wave based survival game against dangerous aliens. You kill aliens, buy weapons between waves, upgrade the said weapons. To make it more interesting, it will have coop support for PSP to PSP, and PC to PC.

Things are getting done, I'm almost done with a (currently only) map I'm gonna include in the first release. I've replaced almost everything from id1 and I have about every model done (not yet textured) that I've planned.
What will the first release contain?
-1 fully playable nice looking map
-7 different upgradeable weapons (8 if you count dual pistols as it's own weapon)
-Custom sound effects
-Custom models
-Custom map textures
-Fully working gameplay (might include bugs, try to shoot them)
-Co-op multiplayer for PSP AD-HOC
As some of the clever members here in ModDB have noticed, I've planned to release this in March. I'm doing my best to keep this promise. I will support it with bugfixes and possibly more maps and other content after the release.

Hey guys, I am terribly terribly sorry for being delayed with the bugfix, I've just been a bit too busy with real life. I'm trying to fix the most crucial bugs and maybe add some extra content and release the engine and QuakeC source somewhere in near future.

in every map xD
about the engine: i just found aout that my NBA maps wont work on the PSP, because i only make HLBSP maps :/ xD

a little late for this suggestion, but if theres are ironsights, instead of having the model moved, a png file could be the ironsights image, so people that can;t mod quake, can mod the ironsights.
Are we getting new maps or what
Ok I don't get this. I do the money cheat on psp. By pressing add an bot you get 900$ so I go to machine to buy a shotgun or full auto. Its bougt. But I can switch to it..... why
Like I said type in "impulse 13" in the console or just bind the key in.
For noobs press select then type "impulse 13"" without the " mark.
