Thanks for the kind word guys! It means a lot the team that you guys think it still looks good- we were concerned that the switch from the UDK to Unity might mean a lower quality finish. Luckily- the Marmoset Skyshop shaders have helped take it to the next level :) !

Looks great! I really love the buildings and the distant mountains!
One thing that looks a little annoying to the eye is the sand/dirt seeking through into the gravel even though the stones should stop that from happening. However then you could have the problem of it looking really plain so you could try some unique pixel shading (like real gravel, different shades of grey/white) to make the gravel look less flat and equal. Cannot wait for the video! :D

Beautiful... Great job, can't wait to get blood all over your lovely new dojo!

PS: I love the detail, from the mountains in the background to the textures and models and buildings and all of that cool Bushido stuff! ;)

Description

We haven't shown any environment art for a while, so I thought I'd share with you an in-game shot of our latest map- the Dojo. This is a real-time 'in-game' shot, showcasing some of the 3D artwork created by our fantastic team. For anyone who is interested, we're also using some of the new Marmoset Skyshop shaders.
