This week, we will show you the progress we've made in our production phase so far!

Introduction

Now that we've entered the production phase of our project, we have begun work on the assets needed for our game, however we've decided to work with sketches first before working on the final assets, just to test if everything is the way it should be, like the size of the props, making sure the tilesets are correct, and the overall look of the game, this way we can avoid having to recreate assets later in development.

Production Phase

This is the tileset for the interior area, where the player can crush grapes, and ferment the wine.

And this is the spritesheet for the interior props, containing the props needed for creating this area.

Using the tileset and the spritesheet we've created above, we created the interior area of the vineyard!

We are also working on the exterior, but it is still a work in progress, we have started to make the house, the paths in the vineyard, the lake where you recharge your water container, and other points of interest in the vineyard!
