Warpgates do exist, however the servers i have played still pretty heavily, and it's not very easy to get an own base as everything is already owned by landgrabbing factions.

Please, further on add a paved road function or something etc. Not only is it aesthetically pleasing, but it could also add a function, for example faster unit movement.
