you mean somthing like Black and White? what will be the point of view in the game or is it too early to ask?
so what exactly will this game be about? exploring a procedurly generated world?

from the screens it seems that it creates a nice atmosphere but im uncertain about it. when do you plan on putting out a demo of some sort?
are you going for the overexagurated style or is this only for testing?
will you make the swing animations more chopy? like to feel like your really chopping things, in this example its like hes slicing cheese.
For your question about more and less colours id suggest to go to a place in real life that has such an atmosphere and get a vision from there. i think you shuld check out painkiller the first game and battle out of hell. its more colourfull then diablo and yet it has that horror vibe going on.
so the gameplay will be somthing like. if you play well/skillfully the outcome will depend on the stats that youve achieved, but if you lack skill and awareness the enemies will own you?
is the game going t be skill based or a stat grind? and what can you say about its reliese like a date?
