This sounds very ambitious, I'm not saying you can't do it because anyone can do anything they put their mind to, but I don't think it's going to happen in the time frame you've stated as it's quite unrealistic. Either way good luck with the project.

oh deplorable... i wish to play realistic scene and character like anime i think game character like anime now this scene is not good enough.(pso2 is not bad but i like story about fantasy nature) and mmorpg character realistic have a lot in now and future (Revelation Online,Lineage Eternal,Dark and Light)but nevermind This is just my opinion

there are other VR online games coming up, like the one you are looking for, check out Ragnarok VR, Orbus VR...
Hmm... i think system this game(Tarania) is interesting and Ragnarok it's ok but Scene is not good enough //Orbus.... hmm... i don't like it. it low graphic. and Moving on Teleport =_=
