The current state of the animation system: It can play full body animations and switch seamlessly between them. Both the computer controlled characters and the player can now walk around.

And its not so much the arms i guess as the legs, because the knees don't bend.

Actually they bend. But now that you mention it, it's so little that I'm probably the only one who can see it ;)
