Ryan travels to Middle East to rescue his missing friend. Ryan is rapturous and imprisoned in an old Prision. Then Ryan discovers that he is on an island ruled by Nazi Meta-humans, with this time's plan to dominate the world. Ryan will be able to save his friend and stop Hitler's return? BIOinSanity is a game inspired by Silent Hill, Resident Evil and Bioshock. Like the idea of the classic Survival Horror games, this game is Third Person Shooter giving the player a suspenseful atmosphere and frantic terror.
