I don't know why this has such a poor-rating. I am worried now, I liked the slow-pace of the game, it will probably change to be more exciting, which may make it less patient and enjoyable. I will d/l the new version and see.

This is a really good game, once you understand the mechanics behind how the blocks fall. I got stuck on the second level for a while, I am now up to the level where you place all the bombs. I am on the first mountain, so it seems to have many levels.

I liked the thief levels especially, how you could become the red thief, steal the gems off the yellow thief and get through the bombs that way. There is variation in the level designs and mechanics used as well, placing crystals, bombs ...enemies are all different. Seems flawless at this point, you are a master of game and level design ...if this was on the Super Nes it would be a hit.

Really does make thinking fun ...I am not a good level designer but I think a level editor would be great so as to play levels made by others and extend it's play-time. I know there are different modes when you get past the first mountain, such as puzzle, action etc ...I am looking forward to some of the puzzle levels once I get past the first mountain.

Yeah, so great game; for the price anyone interested in this sort of thing should definitely give it a go.

Just got it, Is 1.2 the full version?
...says it releases today, but the post is from March. So I am thinking I should check the news section later and download after it is actually announced to be released.

Looks really cool, with the different modes, just hope it has a fair few levels...

You don't even live here you sht head, I have lived all over Australia ...East and West Coast and the Southern States. The game is not TYPICAL of Australia. Typical means it is not a good representation of the natural environment of Australia it -does not- mean you won't be able to find a few cases that contradict this, but they would not be typical or representative of Australia. Thus your comment about "actual buffalo that exist" shows that you know they ARE RARE as I said.

Vultures and log-cabins are not here ...as you admit. NO vultures. Not ONE (outside a zoo, next you'll probably post an article about a vulture that escaped a zoo and whinge about it as 'typical Australia'). The devs did a shoddy job, stop trying to justify this with your nonsense.

This is getting to be a f'n joke. They are so rare as to be regarded as pests only found in very small numbers. Ox (Bullock) are even rarer and are also not native. Camels and Brumbys occur much more frequently, they are not in game. Seems the game wanted to focus on non-native species, which would also be non-representative of Australian wild-life.
I know my land, the game doesn't resemble Australia. Full-stop. The game doesn't portray anything but a f'n fantasy, there will NOT be deer or oxen roaming in large enough numbers to save this game and make it a plausible representation.... you used the internet to scrape any scrap of information you can cling to. Pathetic.

Don't say I don't know my own land while trying to defend this piece of garbage, it is a f'n joke and every Australian knows it ...you may convince a few dumb yanks, but even that will be a struggle. Have fun in this fantasy, it does not represent reality in anyway whatsoever.

There are NO ox, vultures or deer in Australia outside of a zoo. You keep saying 'Australia is so vast' to get around this issue. Log-cabins are not an Australian thing, there might be one, somewhere, but you did a shoddy job representing the landscape. The Trees Do NOT resemble Australia, you obviously haven't been here, there might be a patch here and there, but these would not be native species. It does not resemble Australia.

Most of the guns used in the game are not legal in Australia, as shown on the site you posted. The few that are, are extremely difficult to obtain ...thus why hardly anyone hunts in Australia. So I exaggerated when I said hunting is illegal, but it is nothing like America. +5 to +2, I wonder if the dev had anything to do with that...

We do not have ox/buffalo in Australia, nor can vultures or deer be found in the Outback. Kangaroos are the largest animals you will see, there are wild brumbys and camels in some areas, but the largest native land animal is the kangaroo.
Our trees and foliage do not resemble those in game, we have mainly eucalypts, paperbarks and acacias. The weather is somewhat brighter/drier. Not really swamp like ...cabins are not seen in the outback.
Snow is very rare, only some parts get snow. Australia is very flat, there aren't many mountains like the alpine scene/screenshot.

This game resembles Europe or America.

Also, guns and hunting are illegal in Australia, we have no gun rights ...our tyrannical government has thus enforced a soft police-state, which gets less-soft everyday.

Do you want anothers' religious beliefs pushed on you?, especially when those beliefs relate to manipulation and child-sacrifice?
I don't and I think we have a society that honours this principal...

"Prejudice", look I want a fantasy game. It is not plausible that some other world, completely detached from this one would have the same institutions or mythologies. Period, not plausible (so they put it in there because the designers ARE freemasons, a little nod to themselves and their understanding of 'everything' as freemasons).

I want to mod this crap out.

BTW, 'el' is not the Christian god and baal is a 'god' to which one makes child sacrifices.

So if it was light-hearted and fun, they would NOT include a 'god' to which people ACTUALLY made child-sacrifices to. It is fine for dimwits because they have no understanding of the mythology or their beliefs in the working of 'magic' and symbolism to influence society, and would barely notice the symbolism or recognise their history ...if at all.

It DOES make it less fanciful, as they should have made-up new names and new symbols.

The game is very enjoyable, but they had to add a little thorn in my side.
In Dominions 3 I have to deal with the 'freemasons' and their symbology impinging on my fantasy, my experience.
I do not like the freemasons, what they stand for, or their symbology; I also do not agree with the hopeless statement 'the freemasons know all and now you do to" to paraphrase the manual.

Then, based on the quality of D3, I purchased Conquest of Elysium (which I have yet to get into). Guess what, I have to choose a name for the voice of the fallen 'god' "el". The "god" of a specific group of people who I do not identify with.

It is suppose to be FANTASY, a formless dimension that allows the gamer to experience another world, a far-off world ...but no, they had to add their petty, corrupt and primitive philosophical 'understandings' in there.

This really 'coloured' my experience (like a tiny stone in the shoe), every-time I see that stupid eye in the pyramid, knowing that some loser thinks it is the pinnacle of understanding, ...that he thinks he has it...

Thankyou! ...downloading now and dont worry about the response time, it only took a couple days ...people have lives. Though I know what you mean, people get pretty impatient on the internet.

Can't get 0.5, as usual Desura has not updated and the game does not have an update option on the main menu.

So my question is, How do I update to version 0.5 from 0.4.8a?

Version 0.22.0, the demo is version 0.25.4 and the latest version is apparently 0.29.5 (according to the forums).

So why is Desura only at version 0.22.0, or perhaps I should go with 0.20.0, hmm....

If I get 0.22.0 from here, where would I get 29.5 since it doesn't seem to be at the official website.
