The Mod... ITS ALIVE! ITS ALIVE! (I know it wasnt dead but quoting frankenstein thingy is just epic :D)
I never really liked the design of the Upgrade Center. I always liked TS Retro's idea of bringing in the original concept. Where, Radar is what had the upgrade nodes.
To be honest, I tend to prefer the original design where the Radar has the ugprade pods, too.
