"Some 15 years after a global meteor strike wiped out most of mankind, survivors form isolated communities, warring each other for remaining resources. As for the style of the game, I find it hard to box it into Tactical Shooter. It's much more, incorporating elements of adventure, puzzle and RPG. Also it's not just about war, but also solitary exploration and dialogue-driven story.
