It's been a while since we've posted an update, but we wanted to let everyone know what has been going on.
First, we now primarily post our development blog updates on our website to keep them in one central location. If you'd like to keep updated with the game be sure to check back there, as we'll update it more frequently than indiedb.
Back in August our second Kickstarter attempt was successful, raising $125,000 USD. Due to popular request, we then extended backing via Paypal from October 1st to 15th and we were able to raise an additional $15,000 USD.
Blackwake was a mess after the Kickstarter. Many months of rushing features and 'polishing' for the Kickstarter demo left the game code in a messy state, so we decided rewriting the game would ultimately help us move forward faster once we got to the alpha stage. The rewrite has since been completed, and we've moved onto preparing for closed alpha with our backers. Please remember Blackwake currently is not released.

Since the Kickstarter we've also been talking closely with our fans over on our subreddit /r/blackwakegame . We've been getting many great suggestions, ideas, and questions about the game. Everyone is welcome to post, and we try to respond to everything.
