What has be done:
- mapping
- crafting
- textures
- models
- bugfixes
Why not much things are done:
This is basically a one-man army update.
Timothy left the team, but fortunately Michiel joined as new co-mapper, but at the end of the month. Corey and Brandon were very busy in real life. I had myself not much time. I was very busy in real life, too. And I created a game for Ludum Dare, called ToastBiome.
The compo version is actually not the best, because I had not much time and had to switch the framework halftime (buggy Stencyl :( ), but the post-compo version is entertaining.
We are still lack of a good 3D modeler and animator. DAMN. Take a look at the human models and their missing animations. If you want to join, send me a e-mail.
Can I possibly make a game like Pokemon with this?
I thought about it once, but the battle sequences would be very difficult, and other things, such as evolution, would be difficult :P
This engine is actually pretty good.
Do you think i could make a port for Gamecube???
very similar to Cube 2: Sauberraten.. Nonetheless, pretty cool!
Because its built on top of Cube 2.
May use this for a small project
