It’s been two years since I last released a new version of Weekend Drive! Well after such a long time here is v0.05! I’ve more or less rebuilt from the ground up and in this version you need to fight an alien invasion!
I’ll be working towards a Steam early access release over the next few months next and my intention is to develop a city to play in and you choose the calamity/boss fight to play against. Or something like that anyway. Really, I could easily change the concept a bit. Basically whatever turns out to be most fun is what I keep.
Anyway please do go ahead and try out V0.05. I’ve added quite a few vehicles, destructible items and weapons for you to try out. You can download the game here at IndieDB. I also have a Steam group where players have been leaving feedback to help me make the game better.
