I like to create GoldSRC maps, especially love the not so detailed, old-school style. I also translate STALKER mods to English in my free time. A comparison between the original HL map and my reimagining.

It may seem like a rework of the map, but the goal wasn't simply making an improved version of it, I like this section of the map and wanted to re-create it for a different purpose. For example, if I ever make something out of this, it will be a night map with an outdoor area filled with containers and guard towers, think Uplink.
