I am glad that you like it. :)
For the sake of performance, yes. There wont be any loading screens etc, just simple transition from exterior door to the interior door. Every building is enterable.
Forgive me if my statement was unclear, english is not my native language. Valor and crime are part of the same system, take them as alignment of your character, but with pros and cons. By gaining valor your crimes are "forgiven" 1:1 in value, while gaining crime your valor is depleted 2:1 in value. You can never become "no one" again once you gain your reputation, but depending on your valor and crime values you will get certain penalties/benefits. I hope that the whole system is clearer now, even for a bit. :)
Multiplayer in the game of this scope is just bit too much for a sole developer as myself. :)
Yes, it is going to be open world with hundreds of quests and things to do and explore. :)
The issues with music player changing between tracks on its own showed up prior to recording this video. Nevertheless I captured the video and just now managed to fix the problem. A stupid little bug. :)
There will be two or three tech releases containing few side quests and limited movement zone, so that the world and the main story stays unspoiled.
Thank you for following our game! Be sure to check out our development blog on devblog.thefallenchronicler.com !
Go to your games install directory and run the other game exe (not the launcher one), but the other. It should contain Win in its name depending on the version you are trying to run.
Try downloading game from here.
The button in question is "E". Bones have no use just yet. :)
Try running game in compatibility mode for any of the older Windows OS.
The Dwarves - Fantasy Simulator is a game still in early alpha. Broken things from the Alpha 2 have been fixed for the upcoming Alpha 3. :)
They will be playable at the release. For now they will just be NPCs. :)
That was also a bug where you could not mine any of the ores. That has been fixed too. :) Maybe I was mistaken for releasing game to the public so soon with tons of bugs and glitches, but I am now getting to the point where the game should be playable without any problems. :)
Thank you for your feedback Flamefriends! I am aware of all the things you said and they are already fixed in the current version. The falling droplings is a new one and I will get on it right away. The new update should go live in few days. :)
Wild life and zombie aspects of the game are still WIP and are not yet part of the public version of the game. While I'm working on it full time, there are still many things to be done, mainly about their AI. When that is done, wild life will be implemented in the public version of the game. Now, concerning the "bug". It is not a bug, but a bad mechanic decision. While you as player mine blocks they are temporarily stored in the dwarves hidden inventory. To be able to use them as a building material, you need to go to the stockpile and store them to the stockpile. But that will be changed in the next version which should go live in few days if everything goes fine. :) Thank you for your feedback. ;)
Right now we can not support Mac version until we get more testers for it. But sure we do plan to have Mac version in future.
The project started as a single-player story driven RPG, but later evolve into a full-scale MMORPG.
Well, Mount & Blade is one of our favorites, even though we do not like some parts of its core mechanic. Lords of Adventure will be even more player-input friendly, where your reaction as a player reflects your combat ability as your character. And yeah, we aim for lower-end PCs, even though you can play it on mid-level PC on highest settings. :)
Yeah, so we started funding campaign on Igg.me! We get the funds we need, you get the tester pass code! :)
No, Wurm Online is to hard to learn even for our taste. Lords of Adventure is really player-friendly. When character spawn in the game world for the first time, series of quests will introduce game mechanic to him.
Played the mod, it is awesome! Only problem is da in-game UI, it is messy. :)
