I can't start the game because i get an error on the launcher saying "A non processed exception happened on the application. If you click on continue the application will ignore this error and will try to continue. If you click exit the application will be immediatly closed. The specified executable is not a valid application."
I installed the game in desura, i verified the files but no error was found.

Go to your games install directory and run the other game exe (not the launcher one), but the other. It should contain Win in its name depending on the version you are trying to run.
I'm sorry for not attending to this sooner. I've just been away from indiedb for a while. In any case, I must say, the new update is very enjoyable in comparison to the already-enjoyable Alpha 2. The droplings don't fall through the world anymore and the ores are mineable. The wildlife doesn't get caught behind trees (lol) and they don't get stuck at the end of the map. All things considered, this is a major improvement in comparison to Alpha 1 and I am very much in love with this update.
As a side-question, what is the command that allows your main dwarf to use an item like a door or a bed? This was not explained in the tutorial and guessing buttons has failed to enlighten me. Also, do bones have a use in this update?
The button in question is "E". Bones have no use just yet. :)

This game seemed cool but I cant seem to live more than a few minutes the bears always kill me. And is everything supposed to be nigh unbreakable I have yet to break a single block. And after I finally planted something I couldn't get that either tell me what am I doing wrong?
I fixed the mining problem with a couple restarts its all good now
Damn have to say this game is fun now that I can mine. Its really fun still cant figure out how to make him eat all the time though he only eats when I press eat sometimes but it may just be something dumb im doing anyway great game ^_^
The Dwarves - Fantasy Simulator is a game still in early alpha. Broken things from the Alpha 2 have been fixed for the upcoming Alpha 3. :)
