Looking back at my old projects, I spotted having involvement in this one, and it sparked my interests. This was an incredibly clever idea, and it should be revived.

The texture style you're using suits the game. You might want to consider altering all of the textures to look similar in style. This includes models.
It reminds me a little of Borderlands. I feel that the game may look amazing if you were to lean towards the graphical style of Borderlands and Borderlands 2.
I used to work with Sandbox, the engine that this was originally developed on, and I worked quite intensively with the HUD and interfaces. If you'd like some ideas for the HUD, send me a message and I'll be happy to oblige.
I do miss TGC. It was a large part of the SB community.
lolwhat? Windows 8... And minecraft?
Hm... Thats a pretty good idea, I'll try working on that later. Thanks Cork!
I'll map for you, you already have my portfolio... Although, I could only really make addon maps.
Another advantage to Bamboo... Extended Hand for hitting people! XD
Lame jokes aside, that's some good work there, Damian!
I beleive weapons should be set to the right-hand side of the screen.
Hm... I think the selection reel for weapons should be circular. And ammunition should be on a curved gauge, showing current ammo alongside total ammo (for the selected weapon). I also think that the health meter should be partially transparent. With a line that goes through it (base to top) almost like that of a radar commonly seen in a Submarine.
That it does. Although the "Volume" Icon is no longer there.
My textures really do make this look beautiful. Nice work, Arc.
Its so nice seeing my UI textures in this. =3
EYEGASM! I love this mod! Cant wait for the next chapter. :D
I'm glad to know yo ulike it... But I've made some changes. >:D
This is looking beautiful. I might start using Unity, just to make something as beautiful as this. :D
Wow... Has it got dynamic lighting? Or, is it a constant threat? Always being sunny... OR... Is the sunlight an enemy? So like, "AAAAH! Evil Sunlight!"
Darn it Cork... You know you just have to ask me to make you some guns to implement into RPG, right? Hirato and I are gonna get hudguns sorted, and I'm the artist... Cube 2 makes this worse, RPG will be so much more awesome, You can add upgrades to weapons in RPG. Not C2.... Meh, good work though.
Thats a nice way to set up a tutorial... :D
Gonna add that to R17, I gotta...
Tracking, because I want to see how this game amounts to the rest on Sandbox.
This built in Visual Basic or Visual C#?
Haha! My mansion layout DID work. It was kind of supposed to get you lost. Forcing you to search every room. So, good feedback. :D I'm liking the replies.
The link for the map pack is as follows: Indiedb.com
No problem, my good friend. :D
Releasing the first map pack for Reactor 17. EVER! Yes folks, The FIRST map pack. Head on down to Sandboxgamemaker.com and download 2.7, then install the maps following the instructions on the download for the map pack.
You could always try using a string with the PAS launch commands... EG:
//CODE
private void buttonLaunch_Click(object sender, EventArgs e)
{
string RunThis = "bin\sandbox_fps.exe -qmy_stuff -r %1 %2 %3 %4 %5";
Process process = new Process();
process.StartInfo.FileName = RunThis;
process.Start();
Application.Exit();
}
//END CODE
Or, whatever it is in VB. You should switch to Visual C# if you havent already, Its much better...

Okay, Where to start... I'm a web designer, graphics designer, 3D modeller and game programmer born and raised in Wakefield, United Kingdom. I spend more time developing than playing video games, although you may catch me on Steam or Xbox Live playing a game or two. My major skill is web design. I can make a decent site within 3 days. And by decent, I mean you can do a lot. For example; Post comments, videos, and images. You can even dynamically ban a user depending on user ID and IP. I prefer working in code, although I may occasionally drop into design-view to align a few things in Dreamweaver. If you need a website, feel free to ask me and send me a mock-up of your desired layout/design.
