This little drawing (the actual size is 50% of this) has been done today. It's a master study (Gottfried Bammes) that I did in kid's art class. The teacher asked me to draw something finished instead of quick studies, because the kid next to me started drawing a lot of different things without finishing them, as he looks up to me without knowing what I'm actually doing with quick studies.
So, I grabbed my Bammes book and looked for something to draw, but I didn't want to do something complex, so I started the ear. I never found ears hard to draw, because the shape is pretty simple and it's easy to understand the form of it.
Took about an hour and the kids couldn't believe that this actually is drawn in pencil, as they've never really seen realism drawings, was funny to see their astonishment.
finaly, i can look into an ear...
