"Parkour" is the name of the activity, "freerunner" is what we call a person who does it. Due to this, we have coined the term "freerunning" - it means exactly the same thing as "parkour", but makes what the sport is about much clearer to people who haven't heard of it before. Like "foot-ball", "free-running".
