They all cover the bare-basics of Hammer but include a lot of tricks and shortcuts I've discovered during my time using the editor, and also a few techniques I've learned.

Lots of it! Recently I did the clever (and slightly sneaky) thing and combined my college courses with development of my mapping skills. This image was done as coursework, and is almost completely Source - dust clouds, lighting enhancements and the rubble on the left were added in Photoshop after taking the screenshot (in reality, those rocks on the left were stones and were, collectively, around 10 cm long). I'm getting an interesting sense of achievement in saying that every texture that you see before you was created or photographed by myself (except the water, of course - that would be a nightmare).
So, you can leave a comment if you want to - I'm not forcing you yet - but critique will always be welcome on this blog!
