Primarily animals from the Hell Creek Formation and the like, which should be a decent amount.
Way I see it, they're probably sheathed in keratin.

Saurian's only limited to Hell Creek, Montana, at the end of the Cretaceous, so Allosaurus is far from likely.

Surprisingly, Smilodon was more oddly proportioned than modern big cats. Smilodon populator in particular had a more hyena-like build:
