Would Be Heroes is a hybrid of tower defense and action games, and follows the progression of ordinary people into superherodom, starting by defending the planet in anyway they can, until their training allows them to adapt their super powers.

Description
The first glimpse of my upcoming game. Would Be Heroes is a tower-defense game with a twist, in that your team of upcoming superheroes are the towers, which you train up to defeat waves of strange enemies.
Would Be Heroes blends in action and roguelike genres into the mix to create a fun and tense experience.
In this solo project I have used Gamemaker for the coding side of things, Krita for the art, Spine for the animation and FL Studio for the sound design.
