After a two years of absence from the previous version (alpha v0.6), Vloxelworld is now again return to loaded with another variety of updates on the pre-beta v0.7:
Since its start in alpha v0.2, Vloxelworld has been updating graphics as its development engine (RPG in a Box) was updated over time.
In the options of main menu/pause menu, you can change the language of the dialogues, how to change it to Spanish for example. Possibly in future updates, it will translate to more game modes and languages.
The Bitboss Dungeon is a map which is found after leaving Bitrock Dungeon in the Dungeon Passage, you will find with the enemies shown below:
The Skelerat, the undead skeleton of rat.
Ghoulball, the first boss added in the game.
- The Skybox is changed & the shaders are improved.
- The Battle systems are improved.
- The items are now usable (for example, the Heal potion to press right button of the mouse, restore HP).

Just got this today got to say this game has tons of potential and I like where it's going so far! And idk if it's a bug or not but when I interact with the giant slugs and blue things my game goes gray screen and crashes. That and idk how to read that book or use that vial of stuff that I found. But LOVE it so far keep up the good work!
I will explain, 1. Enemy battles, believed they were in the game data, I didn't realize they were separate and I forgot to put the file of battles and enemies to the game folder.
2. The game is made in the RPG in a Box, and is an engine that is still developing, and lacks many features that may be applicable to the game. But over time, we'll see more things and improvements.
Out of curiosity, how did you manage to get the character to switch between maps? I'm guessing that the sign has a script that has a "load map" function? Also, how do you change the coordinates in "load map" to something other than (0,0,0)? Thanks.
I am assuming that he attached a "load map" function to the red arrow objects. In a future release, I will be adding a feature where you can trigger a map load when walking onto a tile. In regards to the coordinates, you can go into the map in the Map Editor and right-click the tile you want and and select "Copy (X,Y,Z) Coordinate". Then, in the script you can click the paste button (clipboard icon) and it will paste that coordinate in. I'll also improve that in the future to allow manual entry of numbers. Hopefully that helps!
Hi Ofihombre! I just downloaded and explored Vloxelworld, it's great so far! I love the arcade. It's so cool to see the first game made with RPG in a Box. :)
Thank you, as I am the first to have a game to develop (demo), it should be news, at least one article related to the draft RPG in a box.
