A personal nitpick of mine, I must say. If these lines of text are in-game dialog, their lack of proper punctuation is atrocious. I will say that the general grammar of the lines themselves are, well, "fine"; but saying "Remember lieutenant destroy all enemies" is awkward on so many fronts (pardon the pun). Syntactically, the line should have commas after those two first words, and perhaps Lieutenant should be capitalized, and ... well, telling a commissioned officer to "Remember" anything regarding their duty feels a bit out-of-the-ordinary.
In other words, I haven't seen anything more of the game than the above video, but it feels like the dialog needs to be revised. It doesn't have to grammatically "perfect", but whether or not voice audio is included for the lines, the way it reads by the lines shown is less than a best effort.
