As we approach the end of the year,
Our hearts warm with gladness from the Christmas cheer!
After many long meetings and lots of debating,
We've come up with a way to finish 2018.
We asked Astro-Santa and all of his Elves,
To craft something special one can't get on the shelves,
So he set to work with a jolly old smile,
And even for Astro-Santa, it took a while!
But when it was built, the Elves gathered round,
Their faces were awed, and they made not a sound!

I've been playing this game since early 2008 into the start and towards the end of my highschool years all making some great friends and great experiences. We played for almost a decade making new allies along the way. What a wonderful experience and link this game has with my growing up. It's been an incredibly unique and good experience in my life. From the days of all the low levelers pirating each other to the gigantic base wars. My trip was amazing. I still come on/off every few months today but oh man. This game is part of my good childhood memories.
If there's any king-hit to this game it's the engine's flexibility. The way items and new introductions interweave with existing content has always kept it interesting. Seeing the 50 or so stock AI Base weapons and realizing there's many.. MANY more to find, and then acquiring them, the Dungeon warps and that system in general, ******* DRONES! BASES! Ahhhh.
This game was a seriously awesome, positive experience for me growing up. And I'm happy to see you guys moving forward in the positives with time. Keeps me coming back to know things are going well.

been playing this game for 11 years, and still playing
enjoying the way this game makes you able to keep it simple, or make it as complex as you want
there is PVP that i personally don't like, but can be avoided
you can stay solo, or join a team, do dungeon runs alone, or in a squad.
build your own base, or even own the entire galaxy you are in, or maybe more galaxies to fit your need
this makes you keep coming back for more gameplay

Starsonata is a unique top-down space exploration game, with an emphasis on teamwork based progression. The starsonata community is small but extremely friendly, there is always someone willing to help... or lure you into a pvp area and kick your ***.

started SS 4 years ago , is a very interesting play , most games are based on just pvp where there are so many other options here . enjoy the leisure or busy playstyles the game has to offer .
