the game looks good, but why the odd style of the characters?
You're the first person to ask that, and honestly I dont know how to answer it. What do you mean exactly? (not being critical)
I've based the characters on what I thought was interesting and I tried to give each character a different look, whilst attempting to make them memorable, you know - Zelda-esque. I drew a lot of inspiration from images I've found across the net of people's own interpretations of Aztec people. Other than that it's just what we went with ultimatelyl as time was a factor.
Wow awesome awesome, tracking!
what do you do in the game and is it released and if not do you need any testers cos i will test if you want
The most prominent mechanic will be platforming. Right now we're constructing the village area, and then we will be developing a Temple level which will have some puzzle game-play. Unsure when its going to be released as its just a university project for the moment. Our hand in date is in about 6 weeks. Testers will be welcomed when we release a beta build. Not sure when that will be but, will keep you posted. Thanks for taking an interest :)
reminds me the game: dreams to reality (pc version). How many cost your game?
Weird, its not too dissimilar I suppose; never seen it before though.
And I'm not entirely sure what you're asking; its currently myself and my team mate's final year project in university. We have roughly 4-5 weeks left to finish it. Hopefully, in the next few days we'll have another video uploaded, as we've done quite a bit since what you can see here.
