Looks very good! And the damage looks quite natural on the transparent voxels. :)
Still, a warship probably won't employ windows at all, save for in well-compartmentalized, non-essential parts of a very large ship with space to spare for fragile compartments. The scenic deck of the Battlestar Galactica (and the related tragedy that occurred there) come to mind...
And the UNSC spaceships come to mind as well...
