The Project :
"Recon arcade" is an independent platforms game on PC, developed by Merhunes.
A gameplay based on CryEngine 3's physics with a horizontal scrolling camera in beautiful 3D environments. Follow Recon through a multitude of universes and help him to reach each level's ends. Dynamic physical platforms , boxes, pipe,beams,ropes, . . . Use any kind of elements in the environment and the physics of powerful CryEngine 3 to reach your goals.

Played the new version and i must say that i'm really impressed. The ball's movement is so much better, feels less sluggish, loved it. The ice levels are just B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L.
And because i can't leave you without some suggestions, here we go.
- Dashing left/right with the mouse buttons is great. How about making the ball to dash on the z axis too? You know, the one that goes from the screen to the background. And it can be done with the mouse wheel, upwheel dashes in the background, downwheel to the opposite, so all the dashing stays to the mouse. Just to have a bit more control to the ball.
- Thanks for adding more resolutions. But can i ask you to add one more? 1024x768. Me and my monitor will appreciate this.

For your resolution I try but my monitor doesn't support 1024x768 well. So it's quite difficult for me to configure that for moment.
But I promised you this for future update ;)
About dashing on background and opposite, I'm not sure for that, because it's quite inapropriate for my gameplay, but it's possible to see and configure for testing that...
So maybe I will test that for future update... but I prefere say I'm not sure.
ps: Don't hesitate to let me your constructive criticisms and opinion like Soad667, I will look your ideas and maybe I will integrate in future version. ;)

for loading the map at each death, I hope to change that.
Was about to suggest crydev as an alternative place to download, but i saw you added it to the news. Anyway, played it and i have to say it's really awesome. The backgrounds are so beautiful, the physics-based gameplay is love at first sight for me, congrats.
A couple of things...
- I hope you have plans to tweak ball's movement a bit. Feels kinda "heavy" right now and you don't feel like it's under your control 100%. Also, when touching surfaces like walls or objects, jump isn't that responsive. You need to go back a bit to make it work as it should.
- A way to insta-spawn at the start of the level or at a checkpoint when you die would be awesome. The typical loading screen gets on your nerves after a few deaths. :P
