In the year 2349 humanity finally landed it's first colony on an alien planet. HRX-0909153 was suppose to be the answer to humanity's continuing problem of overpopulation on Earth. The first five years went smoothly enough, constant supply drops from automated supply ships and even the occasional communication with nearby exploration ships. Suddenly though five years ago a distress call was sounded from Earth. All ships and military were recalled home and then comms were cut. Shortly after something happened. No one is quite sure what it was but our once lush world began growing hot and dry. Many animals and crops died, most water became poisonous, and the few animals that did survive began to act strangely. The once docile Ciraxus Falcons started to swarm and destroying everything in their path. The latest swarm spotted by the scouts is larger than ever encountered and is heading straight for your home village of Pril. To find a new home before they tear through your family and friends will require skill, planning, and luck. You are the most experienced of the explorers. Will you find a new home for your people, will you perish in the harsh wastes, or will you be eaten alive by the swarms? The outcome is up to you!
