Why we need to buy this game there is only 3 servers and no one plays on them
but if it will be free will be more than 3 servers and will be more players
I don't understand online-only games. They're a waste of development time because most of them die within a few weeks of release.
These games should at least add LAN or split-screen 'horde', survival or co-op modes.
can you play with bots?
There's a training mode with bots, but I don't think there's really much of a mode to play with bots otherwise.
It's really made just for online multiplayer, which is a shame because a community is pretty much non-existent for it.
No one plays Gangs of the wild west anymore. I was upset at this.
Bleh, the game itself is good, me having played it on Steam, but since it's multiplayer only, it faces the same issue every multiplayer-only game faces: It dies out when the peanut gallery gets bored or forgets to wake up to play. Last I played it, there was almost NOBODY on it. Game's fun if you can find people to play with though, IF.
I like this game beautifully done, but there is a mistake in the French translation: "deputy" is translated as "député" which means "congressman" or "representative". "Deputy" should be translated as "shérif adjoint" or "adjoint du shérif" or just "adjoint".
I am happy to see it has come to Desura so an even larger audience can enjoy this.
I think it will be difficult to find people online to play. But, with the Desura release maybe more players will come back to play this game.
I agree with the general statements here. I purchased this LONG ago on Steam, and while it was quite fun with an active server list. It has been COMPLETELY DEAD for ... a long time. There is not even "a few people" playing. This game would be a total waste of 10 bucks. I can't even understand why it's on Desura now, other then an attempt to grab a few sales from people un willing to research.
I got this a while back on GamersGate and I did enjoy what little I managed to play online.
I'm perplexed as to why it's only just come on Desura, considering it's pretty much three years old and the multiplayer aspect (which is the MAIN aspect) has been on life-support for a long time.
If you can find an online game or a group of friends to play with, I do recommend this. But otherwise I don't think it's active enough.
Thanks for the feedback.
