A game of fantasy guild management! In It's A Wipe! you assume the role of a guild leader within a fantasy game world. You must recruit other players, lead them to victory against increasingly difficult odds, and make sure that your group remains happy enough to stick with you! The game is done in a style reminiscent of old school role playing games. While the 'game' within It's A Wipe! is supposed to represent an on-line game world, this is really a single player game. The game play is a mix of strategy, in that you need to figure out an effective plan to beat the encounters, and management, in that you need to balance the various needs and desires of your team of players. We hope that you enjoy the game!

Uploaded 1.02 and 1.63 last night to help address a few issues (full list in the forums). Hopefully it will be approved for download soon :D
*Update: 1.02 and 1.63 should now be available! :)
The game does not start.
Which install are you using? The standalone MSI installer or the Desura build? Have you tried right clicking on the game in the Desura listing and selecting Verify Files? Do you get any sort of error message when trying to start it?
Tried MSI build now, does not work.
No message. It gives me a few seconds of hour glass, then nothing.
Verifying and even reinstalling does not work.
Win7 64x. I used Desura build.
The game should be compatible with that O/S. There's a couple of things I can think to check. if you go to the install director for the game, there should be a console.log file that it generates each time it start. You can e-mail that to me to review at support@iawgame.com . If it doesn't exist, then something is likely preventing the game from getting off the ground at all. Either some sort of anti-virus software or other software protection program that is mistakenly blocking it from running.
Though, you should also be able to try running the game from the executable there... so, you could try running it as admin, or in compatibility mode to see if that helps. It does work on my Win 7 system, and I imagine a lot of the other people playing it may be on that, too.
The last question I can think of at the moment is, are you using some unusual video card or monitor settings? The game uses openGl, which should be compatible with a pretty wide selection of video cards... but, it is always possible there's some sort of conflict.
Microsoft antivirus
Dell laptop GTX 540m
Tried admin and compabitility modes
Sending console.log now.
Thank you for sending the log. I believe it is a video card specific issue, and I'll be uploading a patch shortly that should (hopefully!) address it.
