Föränderliga Rum means something like "everchanging spaces" in English. This is a project supported by Karlskrona municipality, from whom we received an art/culture grant for creating a spatial and virtual literary experiment based on the historial location of Karlskrona, in southern Sweden. Comprised of a pseudo-narrative built on specific locations in the town, together with a web-based game/application, the goal is to create a personal sense of historical significance for users. Moving from "actual" recorded history to the micro-stories of its inhabitants and guests, Föränderliga Rum poses questions of the legitimacy of recording and re-telling the spatial events that occur on a daily basis in any given city.

For the big summer project of 2010, Föränderliga Rum ("Everchanging Spaces"), Propaganda Bureau will be joined by Swedish fiction writer Katarina Mazetti and former permanent secretary of the Swedish academy, Horace Engdahl. Propaganda Bureau has had contact with writers since this spring to secure quality contributors to kick-start Föränderliga Rum when it opens on July 30th during the VIVA Festival in Karlskrona, Sweden.

Hi guys. It's been a while. The project wrapped up in the end of July as expected but I have not updated since before that. Sorry.
Föränderliga Rum/Everchanging Spaces should be accessible from: Propaganda-bureau.se Please note that there is no other "official" way to access the work - I'm simply sharing because I've been much too lazy in updating these pages.
Please remember that it's a fairly "smallish" project and nowhere near as fancy as any more game-like MMOs are. No guarantees it will work as expected now, 2 years later.
