With a team of rather different characters the player investigates, and if required fights, his way through a large case. How you solve the case is though up to you. Excellent stuff like usual though the more gameplay I see the more I think when new players start playing they'll get lost pretty easily especially in a big open city such as that. How do you plan on giving players an open investigation but keep them on track enough to where they don't get frustrated and quit due to being lost?
