As promised, this project is not dead! v0.3 is available for download in the Files tab, and v0.4 is in active development.
As usual, I can't give a hard deadline - it's done when it's done. I'm hoping v0.4 will be ready very early next year, however. As the entirety takes place at the World Tournament (maps and event logic I already have ready to go since v0.2), it should take far less effort than the last two updates.
Again, no promises, but I will get it done as soon as I am able.
