Latest release playable to the end of the King Piccolo Saga (Episode 132 / Chapter 165).

At the risk of repeating myself a month later: I know I said this may not be out until next year, but here it is: v0.5. This is playable to the end of the King Piccolo Saga (Episode 132 / Chapter 165).

In addition to the content, this corrects a couple of dialogue oversights at Fortuneteller Baba's Palace and Master Roshi's Island.
