Dragon Ball RPG - v0.4 (2023-11) file

I know I said this may not be out until next year, but here it is: v0.4. This is playable to the end of the Tien Shinhan Saga (Episode 101 / Chapter 134).

This corrects some bugs and issues present with Papaya Island (World Martial Arts Tournaments) and adds some exterior changes to its Restaurant area. Additionally, Krillin's Orin Combo now does more damage!
