Video showing the old industrial zone map. It's the first mission map or rather the map containing later on the first mission map. You might call this a hub map if you want. Cut together various pieces showing a little bit of the map, game controls, movie camera and some more. Excuse the bad frame rate but GLC becomes problematic to use if you fill up the GPU memory to the rim with stuff. I'm working on improving that. Also the night scenes have been heavily cut down since the video just renders all black. See the image gallery in the comment for screenshots of how it really looks like.
Screenshots of the map with better quality can be found here: Rptd.ch
love it
Long time no see! It's amazing to see you are still working on it!
I really like both the city and the overall look of everything you have showcased here - it feels extremely natural, wich is what I prize the most in computer graphics; even many AAA games showing off as the best in the graphics sector lack that (I'm looking at you Call of Duty and Battlefield). I would really love to see what miracles could a team of competent graphic artists do with this little gem of an engine.
The functionality of this engine is very nice
