A sample graph that connects similar colors from the NIPSYS64 shell palette.
The built-in graph visualizer physically models the nodes and links between them, forming a characteristic shape that is unique for each palette. The graph dynamically responds to external influence and can be dragged around with the mouse.
A similar graph can be also constructed for a font, connecting similar characters instead of colors. The number of nodes and links on the screenshot refers to both graphs that were loaded into visualizer.
Such graphs can be used by efficient search algorithms that iterate through nodes looking for optimal or near-optimal solutions.
