SONAR: demo released! news

As you read this lines, the demo of SONAR is most likely available in the download section of the game. If not, remember the competition and be patient ;)

As told before, the demo shows the very first level of SONAR with all basic gameplay elements. I am very excited how you like it and would appreciate any feedback, good of course as well as bad, too. Only the bad feedback can make your project stronger and better as long as the feedback itself is constructive.

You will notice that your oxygen value in the demo is way beyond the 90 minutes mentioned in the game. This is so you have the chance of getting to know what happens if the value reaches zero without waiting one and a half hours. Everything else is very representative. There will be no more or other graphics in the final game (with reason). But...

Of course there will be more features included in the final game. These are:

• more maps of which mosts are not as linear as the first one,
• the conclusion of Catherine's story,
• the double ammount of sound effects (the game will be twice as big in MBs as the demo)...
• ...which are used for new location fixed ambient sounds...
• ...and new types of enemies which differ to the standard type you encounter in the demo regarding their soundeffects and their behavior.
