If Microsoft doesn't own the rights anymore then I can only assume that there's a slight possibility of the MechWarrior team receiving a C&D. I really hope that doesn't happen though, it looks like it's shaping up to be an amazing game.

Oh I knew it was a template (probably got it from the same site). I wasn't even that concerned, I just laughed about it, just like you we're in the midst of building a new site and it's serving as an interim site. Hope there's no hard feelings.
On a side note, cool to see someone’s making a sourceforts style game, you've got my watch.

EB told me that Australia was getting it on the 30th though other sources are saying the release is the 23rd (this friday).

How's everyones mods shaping up?

Been following this mod for a while now, the quality of the work is probably the best I've ever seen. Really inspiring to see the level of professionalism in the modding community these days. Keep up the awesome work guys (and girls).

Cool looking mod concept guys! Really liking some of the environmental concepts and I can't wait to see the 'Big Ugly' modelled.

Not at all. Other than it having a steampunk theme and some aeronautical elements, they're nothing like each other. I can see where the confusion would come from as we haven't released enough information to give a clear understanding of the game play mechanics to date, but rest assured in about two weeks time you'll find out everything you want to know :)
