The exploration of space is not completely absent from IP universe, it's just nowhere near as advanced as in most scifi universes. As in, no starfleets. We imagine the entry level to be what our technology might be in 50 years or so.

Hello! Thanks for the interest, we do have some big news coming up.

We have considered doing a crowdfunding campaign. Unfortunately Kickstarter is a bit difficult for us because of Finnish legistlation, but there is a chance that we might end up in Indiegogo instead. Planetary Annihilation is a title we wait with great anticipation by the way!

Those are exactly the same kind of things that motivated me to start making a game like Interplanetary. I would like to pay attention to details as much as possible and offer reasonable explanations to why things work like they work in the game. Of course we need to make some sacrifices here and there to make the gameplay enjoyable, but I still want to keep the game as "feet on the ground" as possible.
