Hello Guys,

could you be so kind and implement a cross-platform-multiplayer to play together with Windows Players? I'd really like to have MP matches. ;)

If I buy the game on Desura could I please get a Steam Key as well. Or can I buy the game on steam and get a Desura Key as well? It would be nice!

If there will be a linux client I will definetly buy it! Please port the game to Linux. I know many people how would buy the linux version, too.

And you are right, should not be to hard to port it due to the Unity engine! :)

I really would love to get Humble Keys! Will there be a way? Do we have to ask the developers or the people from desura for this?

When do we see X3 being released here? I already bought retails Windows, all Xs Steam Pack and then the 3rd time for Linux. ;)

Dear Blizzard,

every time I think about a good developer and publisher I think about Blizzard. You have a great support and connection to your community. Supporting games like Diablo 2 or Warcraft 3 for so many years is just awesome! I don't know any game developer doing the same. And if you release a game, it's a ready one. Not a Beta.. like EA does it. That's not the normal standard anymore. :(

But there some things you could improve... we need native Linux support! Your games are written in OpenGL also - they run on Mac as well. So it couldn't be too hard to create a Linux-Installer-Script for older existing games and even upcoming ones! It doesen't have to be officially supported, a working alpha or beta would already be great.

And one more thing: Get rid of DRMs... here on Desura the games come without DRM. That's what I really enjoy. Not because I want to copy them, just because I don't want DRM copy protection driver **** on my computer.

please bring out some native games for Linux or port old ones!

But do you know why the people don't like EA? Just do a better LTS like Blizzard does! Patching games that are already 10 years old (Diablo 2 back in the days) is really awesome. Shutting down online servers (like for LOTR: Battle for Middle Earth and many more) is really ********. You make the people escape like that! Be aware of it!

EDIT: And buying and destroying companies is also not the best idea (e.g. Maxis)!

Please bring out Steam for Linux soon! And some native-Linux-games as well! If you port one game with source engine to Linux it wouldn't be too much work to port some more! :)

Anybody wanna play online? It's a global server for windows, mac and linux now. I just managed to play one online game together with a friend atm. We need to make more advertisement for it so we got more player! :)

first of all: Thanks for the help via mail. If you remember: I asked you if the humble version of Trine 1 will incule a Steam and a Desura key... now my new question:

Do you know when the Windows-DRM-free-Version will be released? I want to add it to my Windows-Desura and Linux-Desura to get rid of one more Steam game...

And I have another question: Do the DRM free Linux, Mac and upcoming Windows-version have a global Multiplayer server so I can join Windows-Players-Games under Linux? And if not: Could you be so kind and implement it? There're not that many players online anyway, so there's a need to bring them cross-plattform together.
