2 recommendations: first a video is needed for header, better if is a trailer, with gameplay or at least the engine, as more visual is better. Perhaps, after the trailer you can talk about the game, the kickstarter´s project... Second I prefer at least test the game, a demo is not an obligation, but is good, because the people can see that the game is a reality.

Basically the project will be work better with more realities and less ideas.

But with this so high goal perhaps you don´t have time to reach it. Just if you reach the goal you will take the money. Then if you don´t reach the goal, the game will be cancelled? this would be really a shame, because the game seems would be a great game.
