Special utilities
A new utility used in random maps and scripted ones.
Researches diferent things for diferent races. Some races even get to build units (e.g. the swarm gets daemon units and xp boost for them).
For instance here the Undead uses Torture from it. All very late researches and cool effects for some races (like mithril bolts for the wood elves after spent money on all bow related upgrades first or allow Minotaurs to use sacrifice later in game).
And... new portraits!
A super tech building, then. I am glad we get to have Torture and Slayer back, in ways that are not completely OP.
Well, do you have any work for old WBC 1 Barbarian, Minatour, Orc barracks building? It looks too much like an arena, how about using it for combat quests? Like with some quest in that building summons an opponent so we can fight and if we win get some prizes till reaching the top.
