SNAG! takes files and adds em to darkplaces 2014, upscales the weapon textures by 300% and adds gloss textures and bump-maps. heheheheheheheheh...
I'll post a screenshot when I'm done being dr.frankenstien.

You would have to port in things from the enigne toget it eorking on darkplaces. We have modified hoe the game communicates with engine so it would not be simple drag and drop.

Aww those buggers... it crashes pc when it tries to execute the round initialize command in the qc, AND it says it's an outdated progs.dat file.

From what it sounds like, this is to show that they still love us, and are working hard to get this done, (sort of like a "HEY LOOK WE CAN DO IT!) and we can ASSUME that they are still working on it

Hallelujah! It's about time you released this way overdue demo you've been sitting on for the past year. Pretty much everything has been improved on, the only issues i see are the white dots appearing on the textures and the awkward zombie A.I. The knife animation also needs to be more of a slash and less of a stab.

i like to call those dots "Space Ants"... Because Ross Scott, but yeah, that has to do with world rendering, and can be fixed semi-easily

Just like in real game. The zombies will gradualy lose health and finaly die.

Jukki, its best to have a backup of the files so that it doesn't get deleted again, or what ever it was that happened to the old one.

All of the sounds have a bit-rate of 8 bits (which leads to the underwhelming sound) due to sounds having the largest memory footprint on the extremely limited PSP's RAM. It's a necessary evil, unfortunately.

8bit wav isn't the biggest reason why the sounds are awful at the moment, it's a part of the problem, sure.

There's a lot of things that can be done to make the sound much better in the future.

Hi I'm wondering the same thing...this game is amazing and the best part of the game was the map selection... If you could make so maps like the Xmas special... I would love it if you recreated kino...any input would be greatly appreciated

I'm a fan of nzp, especially the pc version. Though I can play it on the PSP emulator, I am god mode on the beta 1.1 PC version. I'm not a member of your forums, but I would like to know if you still have the source for beta 1.1 so that I can define new sound events. Because some of the sound events that I can see from the progs.dat file when viewed in Notepad++ are not actually playing ingame and I would like to know why. I've seen other members of your forums do custom progs.dat files for custom soundmods and they work perfectly, however I need a custom def done for all perk machines, a fix for dog sounds, crawling and running def for zombies and a fix for the ambient called nzp.wav. I'm also wondering if it's also possible to play a sound if the bear comes up in the mystery box.

3. Set "A-nub Look" to "off"
4. Set "A-nub Staffing" to "on"
5. Go back to Settings and select "Controls"
6. Set the face buttons to look around.

This is amazing! Everything about this game is great! Still haven't found map that has working pack a punch for my psp I just want to upgrade gun and hear laser beam sounds.
