Unfortunately Desura's update system seems to be broken for Kenshi right now. Also they require manual human verification for every release, and currently they seem to be ignoring both my (broken) updates and my emails, so Desura versions of Kenshi are out of date and there's nothing I can do about it.
So until this gets fixed I have included below a Torrent download for the latest installer:
